Nursing students offer message of hope to frontline workers: ‘Help is coming’
Troy Heidesch, director of the Mary Inez Grindle School of Nursing, said ³ûÄñÊÓƵ is set to triple the number of nursing graduates by the beginning of 2023 from about 50 to 140. He also said it’s important that universities supply more nurses and make them more resilient.

Gainesville teachers taking college courses at ³ûÄñÊÓƵ, UNG to help English-learning students
Through the new partnership, Gainesville City’s K-5 teachers will take three online courses — applied linguistics, cultural learning for bilingual ESOL, and methods and materials — at ³ûÄñÊÓƵ. Nearly a third of the district’s 8,000 students are English-learners.

Cincinnati swimming and diving announces 2021-22 coaching staff
Michelle (Billeaud) Hille, WC ’15, was named assistant coach and director of recruiting for the University of Cincinnati’s women’s swim team. Hille earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at ³ûÄñÊÓƵ and was a nine-time NAIA All-American swimmer for the Golden Tigers.
